equipped with all the modern conveniences, including air conditioning,
a full kitchen, washer/dryer and two full bathrooms, private
boat dock, spectacular view and walking distance to a host of
Lake Tansi amenities. Unlike our other cabins, these units will
be open all year long.

In addition to
the new cabins, Lake Tansi features a host of classic cabin
rentals for your enjoyment. Open from May 1 through Oct.
31, these cabins at Lake
Tansi are situated along the shoreline of our 550-acre lake.
We have three two-bedroom units, nine one-bedroom
units available for nightly rentals.
Our two-bedroom units
sleep 10 guests and feature 1-1/2 baths. Our
one-bedroom units sleep six guests.
There are two double beds in
each bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room of each cabin.
The cabins include completely equipped kitchens. Towels and linens
are also provided for each cabin.
All cabins are air-conditioned.
The cabins are ideal for family reunions
or that relaxing getaway you've been looking for. Located within
a short walking distance are the Tansi beach, outdoor pool, miniature
golf, the fishing pier and paddle boats. Two tennis courts, shuffleboard,
horseshoes, ping-pong and an outdoor basketball court are available
as well.
No pets are allowed. Also, cabins do not
have telephones.

For your
convenience, guest occupants of the cabins will be provided a
POA-numbered armband in a quantity up to the sleeping capacity
of the cabin. The armbands allow guests use of all POA recreational
facilities. The one-bedroom cabins sleep six, and two-bedroom
cabins sleep 10.
Armbands
should be with you at all times and displayed upon entering any
POA facility or restaurant.
REFUNDS: If the reservations are cancelled
within 30 days or more before the scheduled arrival date, you
will receive a 100% refund of any charges. If the reservations
are cancelled within 2-4 weeks before the scheduled arrival date,
you will receive a 50% refund of any charges. If the reservations
are cancelled within 2 weeks or less, there will be no refund
at all.
All rental fees are subject to sales tax
and occupancy tax.
A deposit of $100 will be required at time
of registration for keys, armbands, damage and other incidentals,
refunded at check-out if no violations.
NOTICE: Due to state fire codes, and for
your safety, no more than the maximum per cabin allowed.
FUTURE BOOKINGS: If you want to make reservations
for one year in advance:
For reserving 4 or more days: You may book the reservations at
the 1st of the same month of the present year.
For reserving 3 or less days: You may book the reservations at
the 15th of the same month of the present year.
